Ausgabe des PhotoWeekend freut sich analogNOW, die internationale Gruppenausstellung REVELATION zu pr\u00e4sentieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Begriff REVELATION bezeichnet die Tatsache, dass etwas zuvor Unbekanntes oder Verborgenes ans Licht kommt. Das eigentliche Prinzip der fotografischen Entwicklung beruht auf der Enth\u00fcllung eines verborgenen Bildes. Au\u00dferdem wurden die fotografischen Verfahren gleich nach ihrer Entdeckung als Techniken zur Aufzeichnung der Wirklichkeit wahrgenommen und beschrieben, die dann schnell so eingesetzt wurden, dass sie zu einer besseren Kenntnis der Wirklichkeit beitrugen. Man denke beispielsweise an ihre wissenschaftliche, historiographische oder juristische Verwendung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ausgehend von dieser Vorstellung, die eng mit der Fotografie als Technik, ihrer Verwendung und ihrer Wahrnehmung in der kollektiven Vorstellungswelt verbunden ist, will die Ausstellung die Beweiskraft fotografischer Bilder, ihre F\u00e4higkeit, sichtbar zu machen, sowie die Kehrseite der Medaille, n\u00e4mlich ihr irref\u00fchrendes, tr\u00fcgerisches Potenzial, hinterfragen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The exhibition brings together projects that reveal unseen, unfamiliar, or undocumented stories, as well as projects that make the photographic act of revealing their subject.
